We are located in Vallesanta, just above the center of Levanto, precisely in Via Vallesanta 32 bis, reachable in 3 minutes by car and 10/15 minutes on foot from the center of Levanto. As soon as you arrive at the house you will find a large private car park and an independent entrance that will take you to the upper panoramic terrace and, going down a few steps, to the terrace adjacent to the living floor; below this you will also find a lovely garden.
The interior is composed as follows: open space with kitchenette and living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has a sea view and air conditioning. There is also Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, washing machine, outdoor furniture and motorized awnings. Obviously the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine, microwave oven and dishwasher.
The price includes final cleaning and bedroom and bathroom linen.
